Especially in the event of unexpected faults or even failures, a reliable and competent partner is required to ensure a rapid restoration of the system with defined service level agreements. BVG Support offers you a fault response via service desk, troubleshooting by highly qualified system technicians on site or via remote access as well as the maintenance and expansion of your systems. In any case, close and open communication with you is very important to us.
Do you have any questions for us? The staff of our service desk are at your disposal at the following times:
Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Outside of this period and on nationwide holidays, your call will be automatically forwarded to on-call time.

We offer our maintenance services even without a rental or managed service contract. Even with existing communication solutions, we provide you with comprehensive maintenance that is appropriate to the manufacturer’s specifications. After all, communication systems must operate at all times. With our maintenance concepts, we develop preventive measures and regular service together with you in order to avoid possible bottlenecks or impending hardware failures. In doing so, we take your technical and personnel requirements into account and adapt our services to your needs – from basic maintenance to full service.
Do you need help setting up a program? With TeamViewer, we are able to support you remotely in many matters. We’ll only see what’s on your desktop after you’re shared. And even with your consent, we can take over the PC control for you. TeamViewer does not require any installation, only an Internet connection. Special firewall shares are not required. If there are special security measures that can make it difficult for us to access, please inform us directly when contacting us.
